An Investor or Analyst Day is a milestone corporate event. It should offer comprehensive insight into a company's long-term strategy, operational performance, goals, and industry trends. It’s an occasion that calls for fresh information.

Our Process

Script Review

Using your initial outline and/or draft scripts, we will work with your Investor Relations experts and project team to begin mapping out the presentation flow and sequential order.
Initial Design

We’ll develop two options for the initial design draft to gain approval for the overall aesthetic approach. We typically start with content from the section of the script that is furthest along.
Batched Layouts

We will attend walk-throughs and begin to design each speaker’s section. Typically, this phase is tackled in batches, catering to the speakers’ availability and progress. We will use placeholders for financials.
Rolling Edits

As we work towards deadlines, we will be prepared to give you the required attention. For large content changes, we request 48-72 hours. Ultimately, we’ll deliver the final PPT presentation and corresponding PDF.

Your content should evolve to reflect changes in the company's strategy, performance, and industry trends. However, the core brand visuals and messaging, tone, and strategic focus should remain relatively consistent.
As a keynote presentation featuring multiple speakers and lasting ~3 hours, your slides should contain significantly less content. Your verbal script will deliver the main message and your slides should support your speakers. A video reproduction of the event will marry both.
